I will learn on the way!

Dr. Neelam Singh

Starting to write a blog has been challenging in the sense that I had not understood the concept. I wrote my first post yesterday but wasn’t sure where it would be published? Was I doing the right thing writing a blog on this platform, while I have my own site being built. Right or wrong, I did it anyways and felt a little proud of myself for making a start instead of going through hundreds of posts and not starting.

It is very important to just start and not wait for the time when things will be perfect. Waiting for perfection before doing anything is a recipe for disaster. Things may never be perfect but if I just start now, I will stumble on the way, surely will fall a few times, will get a bruise or two here and there. I am also certain that I will get up, walk again

and fall again and again but before I know it, I will be running. It is inevitable.

It’s like a baby learning to walk or learning to do anything and everything. Babies don’t wait for perfection before making a start or they don’t give up learning to walk if they fall a few times. That is why babies learn and acquire so many skills in such a short time.

I therefore wrote my first blog while on a train back from London. Clicked the published button and then wondered where it got published?

I rang my younger sister who is a pro in digital marketing to answer my technical questions and she explained. She explained that I was on the right track writing on a platform different to mine and found out that it all can be linked to my website later on. so I am not wasting my time.

So I made the start in my journey of writing a blog and I am certain I will learn on the way…….
